The result is about 50 cases that are well worth seeking. This is a wine of tremendous balance and elegance that’s fresh and well-integrated, tasting of cassis and blackcurrant, with a dusting of white pepper on the long finish. Enjoy through 2032."

My words:  Loaded with bright red fruits, cocoa, and the classic white pepper aromas of our estate vineyard in the cool 2022 vintage.  The balanced, lively acidity gives the core lifts the fresh black fruit flavors as they flow into the long, lingering finish.  Already appealing at this youthful age, this wine oozes with regal elegance as only Cabernet Sauvignon can in this unique, delicious vintage.  May we add that it's perfect with beef, aged cheddar, Dutch cheeses, or enjoyed solo.  Organically farmed and bottled without filtration.
