There is a specific standard we hold ourselves to each year, and for many of you, that standard is defined by our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.  A beautiful follow up to the precise and fresh tasting 2022, this 2023 beauty begins with fresh cream, dark cherry, and cacao aromas, with similar flavors themes continuing into the mouth, culminating in a super long, rich, brioche with a caffe latte-like finish.  Round, plush, with balancing tannins, this wine is wonderful now and will continue to reward years in your cellar.  Excellent with aged cheddar or gouda, beef of course, or all by itself.  Organically farmed grapes.
