Nestled into a steep hillside surrounded by our vineyard, our winery was completed just in time for Crush 2000. The most prominent feature of our winery building is our underground barrel storage caves. The building attached to the caves is also built into the hillside, supported by concrete retaining walls, whose cooling effects help reduce our power needs. Our winery is about 5500 square feet, more than adequate for our maximum production of 2,500 cases annually.
