ESTATE GROWN

Our estate vineyard is farmed sustainably. Everything we do in the vineyard is done with the finished wine in mind. We want to make certain we have absolute control over the most important ingredient in great wine — the grapes.

All of our wines are produced from our 15 acre vineyard at 2500' elevation. Most of our vineyard site is south facing, much of it steeply terraced, and the soil is decomposed granite. We keep yields low by careful pruning and dropping crop, dry farming as much as possible, managing leaf canopy for sunlight exposure, and harvesting at full maturity. Our goal is to produce the highest quality fruit possible from our vineyard.
